Future Mixed Martial Arts

In the future, mixed martial arts, also known as MMA, will become more popular. In a society that likes violence, this is this sport to watch. Fighters in the MMA train extremely hard to win matches. They go into the ring trying to rip their opponent into pieces. This is what people like to watch on television. As younger kids begin to watch this, they will want to be apart of it. They will train for it and the number of fighters in the MMA will increase in the future. The MMA will eventually become more popular than boxing. It will also become an Olympic sport in the future. People from all over the world will begin to train for this exciting sport.

  1. You made a lot of good points in this post, but I do disagree with one statement. Although some may, not all MMA competitors compete to tear each other apart. Most look at MMA as their job. They would like to go out there and put on a good show (do well at their job) and get the win. In you want to keep your job you need to do well, or win.

With that said though MMA has become a very serious sport in the last several years. Like you said, with younger members of society growing up watching MMA they then want to compete. It is creating a bigger sport than most ever realized it would be. It will be interesting to see where it goes in the future.
