Hockey sticks are now more advanced then ever before. Hockeys sticks now have different size blades and every hockey stick can now be personalized. Hockey sticks are no longer all the same.
This is a blog about the past, present, and future of sports technology. All different aspects of sports will be discussed.
I played ice hockey for 10 years starting when I was 5 years old. This goes back 25 years. I remember the hockey sticks I used really heavy. Then as customization became popular, people could buy Jaramir Jagr sticks, or Wayne Gretzky sticks, which were much more lighter. I can imagine how light a stick is now with the technology available today.
ReplyDeletei know many NHL players use composite sticks but some still use wood. its a personal preference really to choose between the two. wood sticks are way cheaper but they are a lot heaver compared to composite.
